Bedrose, a luxury furnished residential short term rental company was established in 2010. The idea for the company came after recognizing the lack of options available to short-term travelers and corporate executive who desired more personal accommodations than those provided in hotels with a minimum stay of 30 days. This is how Bedrose designed a way to give travelers and professionals the feeling of what it is like to live independently in New York, Paris, Charleston or London, by arranging stays in luxury furnished apartments. Our approach was and is unique, and has been embraced by the international travel community.

Since its inception, the company has grown and expanded its services and clientele. Bedrose now serves a vast international clientele coming from all over the world.

Bedrose is a full service real estate agency licensed in the United States by the state of New York. We are member of the better business bureau. Due to our relations with the world of travel, we are also endorsed by iatan. We also have a relationship with Travelex insurance services.

Our Goal

Our company specializes in supplying furnished apartments for short-term to people in need of a ready-to-be-lived-in home. Our apartments are affordable and are conveniently located throughout United States. Our mission is to offer the best unique memorable hospitality to our renters
offering them luxury but still making them feel home.

We offer an array of spacious studios as well as one, two bedroom, three bedroom apartments that are fully-furnished, clean and safe. All apartments
are fully furnished with modern, top-of-the-line furniture and are all spacious. All have full-sized kitchens, cable TV and wireless internet. We offer on-site maintenance and are always a phone call away for whatever it is you may need for your new home.

We take pride in offering the highest level of service and strive to make you feel at home and at ease. With (us) all you have to do is bring your suitcase – we take care of everything else.

1. Are you a hotel?

No, we are a fully furnished apartment rental company. All of our units are either leased from landlords or owned.

2. Are you permitted to lease out the units furnished?

Yes, ALL of our landlords have granted Bedrose the unfettered right to sublet the units out as fully furnished rentals.

3. What are the advantages of staying with Bedrose rather than a hotel?

Here are at Bedrose we pride ourselves in being an economic alternative to hotels. On average our rates are 30% – 50% less than a premier hotel. Apartments provide you with a more spacious and private environment, along with a fully equipped kitchen allowing for cooking and entertaining.

4. What is included in the apartment rent?

All apartment rentals include basic cable television and the use of all building amenities (where applicable)

5. What is the apartment equipped with?

The kitchen is fully equipped with Microwave, oven/stove, coffee maker, Dishwasher (some apartments), toaster, dishes, glassware, flatware, cookware, kitchen towels, knife set and more. The bedrooms are furnished with pillow top mattress’, pillows, linens, comforter, alarm clock, night stand(s), floor lamp, and hangers. The Bathroom comes furnished with bath towels, hand towels, waste basket, plunger, bowl brush, and toilet paper. Other items included in the apartment are iron and ironing board, broom and dustpan, mop, and Television(s).

6. Do you allow pets?

7. What time is check in/out?

Unless otherwise agreed with us in advance, your employee/Guest can arrive at the apartment from 4pm (local time) on the start date of your rental.
On arrival you may be required to provide photographic proof of their identity (e.g. a passport or photo-card driving license) and proof of address. Copies may be taken of these for our records. Unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance, all apartments must be vacated by 10am (local time) on the due date of departure. If there is any delay in vacating the apartment beyond the agreed time, a full day’s rental may be charged to you for each additional day’s (or part thereof) occupation.

8. What is the rental Deposit?

We provide our guests with a contracted number of nights in a furnished apartment at the location of their choice. All apartments are serviced apartment and all bills are included in the rental fee. Full payment is required for any reservation in advance Note: Security deposit we be refunded immediately if there are no damages in the Apartments. If an apartment that you have reserved becomes unavailable due to factors outside our control (i.e., plumbing issues, electrical outages, etc.) we shall offer you alternative accommodations of equal or higher quality. If you choose not to accept the alternatives offered, we shall provide a full refund to the original form of payment of all money paid, without penalty immediately.

9. How do I cancel my rental?

If you have to, or wish to, cancel your booking you must notify us in via Email as soon as possible at: contact@bedrose.com The booking will be cancelled on the day that the written notice of cancellation is received by us. We will confirm receipt of the cancellation by return e-mail.

10. How do I obtain keys?
Keys will be left with doorman on move in date or an agent will meet in the building.

11. What other services do you offer?

Housekeeping: One Beds: $135/cleaning
Upgraded Cable: $75/month

12. What are your accepted forms of payment?

Wire Transfer, Certified Check, Cash, Money Order, Traveler’s Checks and PayPal.

13. What is your minimum stay period?

30 days.
